Job Description:

Our customer is a local, family owned business who provides exceptional service to the Tampa Bay area. They are growing quickly and looking to add a Proposal Coordinator to their team. The Proposal Coordinator who will be responsible for managing and organizing the bid and tendering process from start to finish which includes bid management, proposal coordination, deadline management, and communication with internal & external stakeholders.



Job Skills and Duties:



  • Oversee the entire bid process, from identifying opportunities to final submission.

  • Work with internal departments to gather the necessary information and ensure bid accuracy.

  • Track bid deadlines, submission requirements, and follow up on outcomes.

  • Continuously refine the bid process, maintaining a library of proposal templates, case studies, and best practices.

  • Act as the main point of contact between internal stakeholders and clients regarding bid progress and requirements.






Required Skills:



  • 2+ years in bid coordination, proposal writing, or a related role; construction or engineering industry preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and bid management software.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to interpret technical specifications and compliance documents.

  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.



Hours: 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (onsite only)


Location: Clearwater, FL
