Pay Range: $60 - $67.93/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
Deep expertise in the investment management domain and various data products like ESG, Post Trade KPI, Analytics, Risk analytics and models etc
Expertise in the data management space - data acquisition, ingestion, transformation, distribution, consumption and data governance
Manage large, complex, multi-year projects/programs to an acceptable level of risk by balancing scope, time, cost and quality
Coordinate the development of product definition and roadmaps in partnership w the product management team
Structure and manage integrated projects and programs to achieve expected business results
Manage the product increment lifecycle and associated ceremonies
Manage relationships with senior leadership team and communicate status and issues regularly
Clarify and communicate project objectives and success criteria
Manage interactions with eFront and Aladdin Data engineering and product teams
Mobilize and manage a team to execute against project plans
Lead business and technical design phases
Lead teams with multiple discipline representation (especially technology, user experience, and product)
Familiarity with Agile and Iterative Development
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
Skills-Data Program Management for investment management companies
Data management skills (data acquisition, ingestion, transformation, distribution, consumption, and data governance)
Agile and Iterative Development
10+ years of work experience
Ability to clearly articulate objectives and influence outcomes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in business process analysis, design, and implementation
Experience in the alternative investment domain
Ambitious and proactive - able to show initiative and come up with ideas without prompting
Technical aptitude, understanding technology in a business context
Experience working with global, distributed teams across multiple cultures and time zones
Sense of curiosity and the courage to ask tough questions
Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science or Engineering preferred)
Ability to drive the adoption of Scaled Agile practices across global teams. Should be proficient and certified in agile at scale methodologies such as SaFE, LeSS, Nexus etc.
