Responsibilities:
Lead Daily Operations: Oversee the seamless execution of all projects, ensuring they meet our high standards for safety and quality.
Drive Efficiency: Strategize and implement process improvements to boost operational efficiency and reduce costs without compromising service quality.
Cultivate Culture: Foster an inclusive workplace that encourages teamwork, innovation, and continuous learning.
Enhance Communication: Establish clear communication channels to facilitate coordination between departments.

Safety Leadership: Lead the review of the company safety program and implement comprehensive training for all staff, focusing on safety protocols, equipment handling, and customer service excellence.
Multitasking: Efficiently manage multiple projects and priorities to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
Experience: 7-10 years of industry-related experience, including at least three years in upper management.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of diverse scaffolding systems and their applications.
Operational Expertise: Proven experience in overseeing efficient and effective operational processes while maintaining safety standards.
Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership abilities to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving organizational goals.
Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Avontus Scaffold Designer.
Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations, including labor laws and health and safety standards.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
