Talent Planning Manager, Organizational Development
Position Overview

Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid - Onsite as dictated by business needs)
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $100K - $125K
Relocation Assistance: Up to $5K
Travel Requirements: If not local to Dallas, candidate must cover travel expenses for onsite meetings
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate talent planning, succession, bench planning, career pathing, and performance management initiatives.
Develop scalable talent planning approaches and tools to identify competency, knowledge, and talent gaps.
Facilitate calibration and talent planning discussions with key stakeholders, demonstrating strong executive presence.
Conduct data-driven organizational assessments to determine development priorities.
Design and implement individual development plans that align with business and talent needs.
Collaborate with compensation teams to establish and communicate career pathing frameworks.
Oversee performance evaluation processes, onboarding assessments, and peer feedback initiatives.
Implement and drive performance calibration processes to foster a pay-for-performance culture.
Provide organizational consulting in areas such as change management, leadership development, and team building.
Regularly evaluate and enhance talent planning programs based on best practices and organizational needs.
Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
Required Qualifications
Education: Master's Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
Experience: 5-8 years in talent management, succession planning, organizational development, or leadership development.
Executive Presence: Must be able to confidently interact with executive leaders, doctors, and stakeholders.
Facilitation Expertise: Prior experience facilitating meetings and discussions at an executive level.
Performance & Succession Planning: Strong background in assessments, talent planning, and 9-Box Grid methodology.
Preferred Qualifications
Education: PhD in a related field.
Management Experience: 3+ years in a leadership role.
Certifications: ICF (ACC, PCC, or MCC), Certified Professional Coach (CPC), or Certified Executive Coach (CEC).
Experience in Designing Talent Planning Programs: Candidates who have been part of the process in developing or implementing talent planning tools.
Healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
