Overview i3 is seeking a Technical Liaison Officer to provide direct support to a government civilian for an army contract. The Technical Liaison Officer must have a customer centric approach and provide all levels of support for the user base community. Responsibilities
Provide direct customer service and technical support to local and remote users as required via phone, e-mail, on-line systems and in person.
Demonstrates excellent customer service skills by effectively addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Offers direct assistance to civilian customers while overseeing and managing all Tier 2 and Tier 3 helpdesk tasks and support tickets.
Oversee and coordinate the government customer's calendar.
Proficient in Power BI visualizations, dashboards, reporting and Lansweeper.
Support for SIPR taskers, documentation, and ongoing maintenance.
Preferred networking experience, including direct work with copper and fiber connections and ongoing support for all switches.
Experience with KG's, particularly in loading firmware onto the equipment.
Tracking and auditing entries in the fiber database.
Preferred experience in physical security and property management.
Experience with Microsoft Active Directory groups, user accounts, and other objects.
Experience utilizing JIRA ticket systems to manage and respond to requests.
Qualifications
Ability to work with little or no direct supervision and in a team environment.
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service and building positive relationships.
Strong DoD Security practices and knowledge, including COMSEC and facility security standards.
Strong Information Technology (IT) principles and troubleshooting experience.
Must have DoD 8140 IA Certification (Security+ CE)
Must possess, at a minimum, a United States SECRET level security clearance.
Bachelor's degree and 10 years' experience or 14+ years equivalent experience.
