Naval Field Services Project Coordinator




Indianapolis, IN



This role shall execute tasks for the naval marine gas turbine field service team. Day to day activities will include Invoice preparation & submittal, SAP project number creation, SAP project management and closure, complete ad hoc SAP reports, and maintaining close coordination with field service team

Key Accountabilities:



  • Manage, prepare, and complete Customer invoices for field service activities in an accurate and timely manner to enable accounts receivable team to secure swift collection.


  • Create SAP Project Numbers, Contract Numbers, and Sales Orders as required.


  • Consolidate field service job information into invoice documents and submit to Customers


  • Ensure compliance to all Service Administrator procedures


  • Manage Customer purchase orders and associated information


  • Manage field service archives and ensure proper storage of all documentation.


  • Follow-up as required with Customers on outstanding accounts payable issues


  • Contribute to continuous improvement activities by identifying areas of improvement


  • Provide general administration support and other complete related duties as required





Basic Requirements:



  • Associate's Degree in Business Administration or Financial Management or Supply chain management with 3+ years of experience; Or


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or financial management or supply chain management with 1+ years of experience; Or


  • Master's degree in business administration or financial management or supply chain management; Or


  • 5+ years' experience in Lieu of Degree


  • Experience using SAP tool and well versed in SAP Material handling and financial transactions.


  • Ability to work on-site in the Rolls-Royce Indianapolis. (Flexible working is 2 days per week in the office)
