Productivity Engineering (PE) at Arm delivers scalable, efficient compute solutions. We collaborate with cloud providers, data centers, and engineering teams to optimize workflows, enhance performance, and ensure seamless integration of advanced cloud technologies into our engineering ecosystem.

Job Overview

As a Compute Strategy Leader, you will shape Arm's compute transformation, helping teams adopt scalable, efficient solutions across cloud, HPC, and hybrid environments. A key focus of this role is working with cloud providers to develop EDA solutions that improve efficiency and performance for Arm-based workloads.


Responsibilities

• Develop a compute strategy spanning cloud and on-prem infrastructure.


• Partner with cloud providers to create optimized, ready-to-use solutions that enhance engineering efficiency.


• Optimize workloads across diverse compute environments, ensuring performance and cost-effectiveness.


• Lead teams in adopting modern compute environments with a strategic focus on business impact and engineering excellence.


• Collaborate with technology providers to improve engineering workflows.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams, driving collaboration and strategic execution.


• Experience in compute strategy across cloud, HPC, and hybrid solutions.


• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern compute architectures.


• Strong background in working with cloud providers to integrate scalable, efficient solutions.


• Hands-on experience with high-performance and distributed computing.


• A growth mindset, embracing innovation and learning.

• Experience leading teams transitioning to cloud platforms.


• Understanding of cost management in cloud environments.


• Interest in data-driven insights and analytics to improve cloud usage.


• Experience with budgeting and investment planning for cloud infrastructure.

Salary Range:$297,600-$402,600 per year
