What Youll Do:

Ensure EMR compliance with federal, state, and contractual requirements.

Maintain and validate the data warehouse for accurate reporting.

Generate reports and analytics to support clinical and business decision-making.

Monitor and enhance EMR security, access, and system integrity.

Provide responsive Help Desk support, troubleshoot issues, and assist users.

Support accreditation, audits, and regulatory compliance initiatives.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive system improvements.

Manage user permissions and deliver impactful system training.

What Were Looking For:

Bachelors degree in Health Informatics, IT, or a related field (preferred).

Experience with EMR systems, data analytics, and regulatory compliance.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Proficiency in SQL, reporting tools, and data visualization.
