Job Description:

Work for a company that cares and receive a bonus! The Lead Mental Health Worker - Acute Partial Hospitalization and Day Treatment Program may be eligible for a $1000 new hire incentive bonus if hired and meet all qualifications.

Position Summary: The Lead Mental Health Worker (“LMHW”) position is an integral part of a fast-paced treatment team of experienced clinical personnel. The LMHW is assigned a small caseload of children who have been impacted with severe, acute mental health needs and possibly the juvenile justice system. You will play a pivotal role by facilitating therapeutic skills groups, assessing and documenting the presentation of consumers, and providing the guidance and encouragement our consumers need to reach their wellness goals.

Working in a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) offers a unique and rewarding opportunity for individuals looking for a structured yet fulfilling career. One of the biggest perks is the consistent Monday through Friday, daylight schedule, meaning no late nights, weekends, or on-call shifts. This predictable routine allows for a healthy work-life balance, making it easier to plan personal time, family activities, and self-care without the stress of ever-changing hours.

Another valuable benefit is paid time off and paid holidays, ensuring that employees have the opportunity to rest, recharge, and spend time with loved ones without financial worry. This benefit not only supports personal well-being but also promotes a sustainable and satisfying long-term career in mental health care.

Beyond the schedule and benefits, PHPs offer a team-oriented environment where collaboration and support are at the heart of daily work. Staff members work closely together, sharing insights and strategies to provide the best care possible for clients. This camaraderie fosters a positive and encouraging workplace where professional growth and teamwork thrive.

Additionally, for those who enjoy working with children, a kid-friendly atmosphere is a major advantage. PHP programs designed for children create a dynamic and engaging setting, where staff can make a meaningful impact on young lives in a supportive and structured way. The combination of a stable schedule, great benefits, a collaborative team, and the opportunity to work in a kid-focused environment makes PHP an excellent choice for individuals looking for a fulfilling and balanced career.
