The Role:
Our HVAC Service technicians diagnose and repair issues within each customer's home. Their priority is the customer, providing options and ensuring a 5-star quality service with every interaction, every call, in every home.
HVAC Service technicians receive hourly pay between $24-$35 with bonus incentives. High performing technicians can average up to $45+ hourly income.
What You'll Do:
Completes in-home HVAC service calls and gets the job right the first timeEstablish customer rapport to offer solutions, provide the right service, and create a "You're my go-to company" relationshipCommunicate with multiple departments within the organization to provide optimal customer serviceMaintain a clean, organized job site and truckActively participate in all training exercises, morning meetings, and company eventsOther duties as assigned
What You'll Need:
Knowledge of Local HVAC CodesAbility to Make on the Job Decisions2+ year's Residential HVAC Experience PreferredEPA Certification High School Diploma/GED
