PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES.

Reports directly to Leasing Manager and/or Property ManagerResponsible for all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewalsGenerating and handling telephone and on-site trafficShowing prospective residents model apartment and other ready apartmentsQualifying prospective residentsPreparing lease documentation and closing the leaseCompleting all related paperwork and activities to ensure a timely move-inCompleting move-in procedures in accordance with established policies and proceduresResponsible for complying with all state, federal and local laws relating to Fair HousingResponsible for building and maintaining strong resident rapportResponsible for conveying resident service requests to Maintenance team membersAssist Property Manager in gathering current market and economic trends/ information, and preparing competitive and market analysisSome Saturday and early evening shifts may be requiredPerform all job related duties as assigned by supervisor.Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
