Schedule: 12-hour Night Shift - Thursday, Friday, Saturday
Salary: $71,161 - $82,525
What Youll Do:
Lead and support an amazing team of crisis professionals.Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, keeping our crisis program running seamlessly.Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to help staff grow and excel.Monitor schedules, oversee compliance, and ensure staff meet productivity goals.Collaborate with leadership to maintain excellence in service delivery.Develop engaging training programs that keep our team at the forefront of crisis care.
