JOB SUMMARY: The Spare Parts Coordinator will be responsible for creating recommended spare parts lists (RSPL) and managing spare parts orders from order entry through check in at customer's site. The Customer Support Representative must be detail and technically oriented and perform work at the highest level of accuracy. He or she must be self-motivated, proactive and able to facilitate the daily requirements of our business operations relative to our customer's needs.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Communicate and collaborate with Project Engineers and Project Managers to ensure accurate RSPL data is provided.
Work with outside vendors to acquire spare parts lists and parts quotes.
Compile spares parts lists using Excel.
Submit RSPL's to customers and ensure parts are ordered within the project timeline.
Spare parts order management from order entry through delivery.
Assist with spare parts check-in/put away at customer site when required.
Able to use AutoCAD drawing viewers and possess the ability to understand and explore drawings and bills of materials.
Individual must be self-motivated, detailed oriented and results focused.
Limited travel required.
Perform other job duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent. A college degree or coursework in pursuit of a college / technical college degree is a plus.
Two or more years of experience in automated material handling environment.
Experience with Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Internet savvy, familiar with search routines, website navigation, and electronic media.
Have excellent customer service, interpersonal and intrapersonal skills.
Sales experience and detail understanding of a spare parts business.
Possess logical problem-solving capabilities.
