Job Description:


As a Data Intelligence Engineer, you will bridge data engineering with Generative AI to drive operational excellence. This contingent resource assignment involves consulting on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Database Engineering. You will review and analyze multifaceted, large-scale, or long-term Database Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented elements. Your role will contribute to resolving complex situations by leveraging a solid understanding of functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to meet deliverables. You will strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.


Key Responsibilities:


Data Engineering & Intelligence (50%)

• Design and implement scalable data pipelines and ETL processes across structured and unstructured data sources.


• Integrate data from various Enterprise Systems of Record (SORs) and workflow tools to create process-level visibility.


• Build and maintain data models, warehouses, and lakes for analysis and reporting.


• Collaborate with analysts and business teams to develop dashboards and real-time metrics.


• Ensure data quality and lineage using SQL, Python, and Vertica SQL.

Gen AI & Advanced Analytics (50%)

• Customize Generative AI applications (using approved Large Language Models) for process mining, task mining, summarization, and anomaly detection.


• Integrate organization-approved foundation models (such as Llama, Google Gemini) into agentic task-based workflows.


• Partner with Process Excellence and Operations teams to ideate and implement innovative solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Database Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
