About the Role:


As a Digital Delivery Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving the end-to-end delivery and coordination of the Experience Development & Optimization (ExDO) product platforms. Your expertise in digital product management, change management, and agile methodologies will be crucial in helping marketers develop, test, and enhance our customers' digital experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate: Partner with the ExDO product team to establish, coordinate, and lead the delivery of prioritized work, including the design, build, and testing of new and expanding product capabilities.


• Lead: Guide teams with an agile, product-focused, and modern engineering mindset, emphasizing digital innovation and leveraging technical expertise to bring products from ideation to market.


• Framework Establishment: Develop and maintain a holistic product framework, including routines, communication, and training to meet Enterprise Change Management agile methodology and ceremony requirements.


• Communication: Transparently communicate capacity, impediments, progress on commitments, and new learnings, fostering an environment of experimentation and continuous learning across product and scrum teams.


• Troubleshooting: Support effective troubleshooting across technical and data issues to ensure swift escalation and resolution.


• Policy Adherence: Keep teams informed about changing policies and standards to ensure adherence and risk awareness.


• Continuous Improvement: Identify and provide insights regarding external impacts to product teams, focusing on continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in Digital Product Management, or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
