About the Role: Join our Payments Team as a Product Operations and Analytics Manager. You will leverage your curiosity and data expertise to deliver analytics and reporting projects within our Payments Business. As a Senior Analyst, you will shape the strategy, user experience, and roadmap for Payment's products. Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify problems and deliver insights that influence decision-making at scale. Be part of a rapidly growing business, enabling expansion and informed decision-making.



Key Responsibilities:

• Data Processing: Handle complex and large-scale datasets.
• Insight Extraction: Extract insights from data, track trends, and optimize business metrics.
• Dashboard Building: Create interactive dashboards and compelling data visualizations to support key performance initiatives.
• Alert Mechanisms: Develop alerting mechanisms for behavioral insights.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product, business, marketing, and engineering teams.
• Experiment Design: Design and execute experiments to enhance product adoption and renewals.
• Product Operations: Own and improve product operations.


• At least 4 years of experience with Mixpanel.
