PHONE: 570-769-7680Clinton County Correctional Facility is accepting applications for a part time Maintenance Specialist. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent. Vocational or technical training in a maintenance-related field is preferred. Note: Full-time relevant work experience may be substituted for the educational
requirement on a year-for-year basis. Minimum of two (2) years of full-time work experience in a related maintenance or technical field. Any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to perform the duties of the position may be considered. Must be able to read and interpret documents such as rules, regulations, operating and maintenance instructions, and policy/procedure manuals. Must also possess the ability to communicate effectively with the public and fellow employees. Required to possess and maintain a valid driver's license, have a satisfactory pre-employment drug screen, and background check. Salary is $15.50/hourly, not to exceed 1000 hours annually.
