We are currently looking for an Investment Banking Associate to join the Services & Industrials team in our Birmingham, MI office as part of our 2025 Full Time Investment Banking Associate Program starting July 2025.

Our associate position offers a unique opportunity for ambitious professionals seeking to play a meaningful role in our continued growth while gaining significant experience in M&A, debt, equity and equity-linked transactions. The associate will prepare valuations, write memorandums for company sale assignments and private placements, prepare M&A analyses, and participate in due diligence and drafting sessions. The associate is responsible for structuring and executing transactions, and typically functions as a backup for relationships with important clients, is generally the key contact for some clients, and begins to assume some important new business responsibilities.

• Investment Banking experience at the associate level or other relevant work experience


• Prior work experience involving financial analysis or transaction execution


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to develop rapport with existing and potential clients


• Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills


• Highly motivated, team player with an ability to learn in a fast-paced, challenging environment.


• Degree in finance, business, management, or other related degrees


• MBA candidates with a May/June 2025 graduation date; December 2024 grads will also be considered

The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $175,000 - $225,000 per year. Placement within this range is dependent upon level of experience, location and other factors. This position is eligible for annual incentive compensation which will be a part of the total compensation. Total compensation for this position will be competitive with the market.
