Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Assist in deploying and configuring application security tools, including SAST, DAST, SCA, and related technologies
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate security tools into CI/CD pipelines
• Create and maintain documentation, including onboarding guides and troubleshooting steps
• Develop training materials to help developers effectively use security tools
• Serve as the first point of contact for developer questions related to security tooling and practices
• Support developers in addressing and remediating vulnerabilities identified by security tools
• Track remediation progress and follow up with development teams
• Maintain vulnerability metrics and prepare status reports
• Identify common issues and recommend process or tool improvements to enhance efficiency

Skills

• Experience in IT, development, DevOps, or a related technical role
• Foundational IT skills with a passion for security
• Ability to set up users and coordinate security activities
• Strong documentation and knowledge-sharing abilities
• Excellent communication and support skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with security tools integration into CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of application security best practices
• Familiarity with vulnerability management processes
• Ability to create and update coding standards documentation
