Your new role

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding new hires.


• Conduct comprehensive orientation sessions to integrate new employees smoothly.


• Prepare and extend offer letters to selected candidates.


• Oversee employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulations.


• Generate and analyze HR reports to support decision-making.


• Address payroll-related inquiries and ensure accurate processing.


• Foster positive employee relations and handle conflict resolution.


• Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement.


• Promote DEI initiatives and create an inclusive workplace.


• Manage visa processing and ensure compliance with immigration laws.

What you'll need to succeed

• 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.


• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in speaking and writing Korean


• Proficient in ADP or Oracle HR systems.


• Familiarity with state and federal employment laws.
