Job Summary
As Product Owner for CSSE, you will manage the strategic direction of our in-house-developed security products. You will help the development teams understand the needs of our stakeholders and guide them in delivering security solutions related to authentication, authorization, MFA, and certificate management. The products are used internally by Comcast and our video and ISP partners and externally by our customers.Job Description
Prior Comcast experience preferred
Ability to define an communicate a product vision.
Maintain and Prioritize a product backlog in Jira
Negotiation requirements and manage expectations.
Use data and feedback to drive decisions.
Understanding of Oauth, MFA, PKI, or relate cybersecurity technology.
Defining and communicating security product vision
Communicate this vision to stakeholders, development teams, and other relevant parties
Maximize the value of the product for customers, users, and the company
Define acceptance criteria for features, communicate the requirements to the development teams, and ensure they meet quality standards
Create and maintain a prioritized list of features, user stories, and requirements
Ensure the backlog is well-understood and are organized and prioritized for upcoming sprints
Work closely with developers, QA, DevSecOps, and other team members
Attend and participate in Scrum events, such as sprint planning and retrospectives
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and partners
Gather and prioritize customer needs and feedback
