Role Description:



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accountant to join our Finance team. This role will be instrumental in closing the books each month, as well as contributing to financial planning and analysis. The Accountant will play a crucial role in maintaining financial records, analyzing financial data, and ensuring company-wide financial compliance.



Responsibilities:

• Manage the monthly financial close process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.


• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.


• Conduct financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years previous accounting experience, plus bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus.


• Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.


• Strong knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws, and best practices.
