Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Temporary Recruiting Coordinator to join a client in Fremont. This role is 100% onsite. Hours for the role are Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
This is a temporary position scheduled to start on approximately April 10 and will last through April 25.
Job Duties:
Deliver a personalized, high-touch candidate experience with professionalism.
Manage and coordinate a high volume of interview scheduling in a fast-paced environment.
Arrange conference rooms, schedule phone screenings, onsite interviews, and debrief meetings with recruiters, hiring managers, and interview teams.
Identify inefficiencies in workflows and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and deliver high-quality results.
Navigate ambiguity with thoughtful decision-making and effective problem-solving.
Assist with additional tasks to support the overall success of the talent acquisition team as needed.
Uphold trust and confidentiality while maintaining discretion when dealing with staff and candidates at all levels.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition or recruitment-related role.
Passionate about ensuring every candidate has a positive interaction with team members.
Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a sense of ownership to drive positive change and improvements.
Proficiency in managing complex scheduling and logistical tasks for multiple stakeholders.
Strong sense of urgency, adaptability, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Positive, solution-oriented attitude with a commitment to problem-solving and delivering results.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook.
Experience with Ashby ATS is a plus.
Familiarity with Slack and Google Meet.
