They're building a high-caliber team and looking for a driven and experienced SDR to generate new business to achieve their aggressive growth goals. This role is for someone who wants to be in a high-growth start-up environment and thrives in a competitive landscape.
**This is an onsite position in Lehi, Utah. Candidates must be local.**
What you'll be doing:
Generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, email, and warm leads from marketing
Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand prospects needs and recommend solutions
Set up demos for AEs
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly metrics
Work closely with leadership to constantly improve in your sales role
What we're looking for:
1+ years experience in an inside sales role
Comfortable with outbound cold calling; must have strong listening and probing skills
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM, Salesloft, HubSpot, etc.
Strong verbal, written, organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to perform in a fast-paced, competitive and dynamic environment
