As our front office administrative assistant, you will often be the first point of contact whenever a client arrives at the clinic or calls us for assistance. We are looking for someone who is comfortable holding boundaries and maintaining a professional and respectful environment so that our clients always feel safe and welcome (although our definition of professional sometimes includes being covered in stickers or swapping stories about your pets). Our office is open Monday - Friday and closed on weekends.
