As a Customer Service Representative II - you will be responsible for entering and tracking customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Efficiently processing debit/credit memos. Maintaining an organized and comprehensive order filing system. Providing knowledgeable support for product-related inquiries, striving to achieve high customer satisfaction. Address inbound calls and resolve order issues promptly, aiming for first-call resolution. Train and mentor other Customer Service Representatives.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this position is based in New Albany, IN*.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via telephone or email, providing non-technical problem resolution.
Resolve routine and basic issues, communicating solutions or requested information to customers.
Analyze customer service needs and refer to other service or technical departments for follow-up as necessary.
Utilize a customer relationship application or database to record activities and research product information.
Use a computerized system to gather information and confirm sales prompted by incoming calls.
Promote products/services without a sales quota.
Perform routine work following standard procedures.
Communicate information requiring minimal explanation or interpretation.
Train or mentor other Customer Service Representatives.

Qualifications
Education & Experience
High School Diploma; with a minimum of 1 year experience in customer service.
Moderate understanding of job aspects.
Proficient in MS Office applications and related equipment.
Customer-oriented with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Adaptable to a fast-paced environment with frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events.
Working Conditions:
Must be able to lift 25 Pounds.
Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
