Position Summary
LabSavvy is seeking a part-time senior advisor that possesses extensive experience supporting Marketing and Sales within the HealthCare environment. The ideal candidate will fulfil the role as a fractional senior member, working part time to advise and assist the LabSavvy executive team. The focus will revolve around driving revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic brand positioning for LabSavvy's Docutizer and B2B lab fulfillment solutions. This leader will advise on marketing strategies, sales initiatives, and business development efforts to establish LabSavvy as a dominant player in the clinical laboratory and digital healthcare industries. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise, strategic sales acumen, and a strong marketing background to develop and execute integrated go-to-market strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Leadership & Brand Strategy:
Advise and assist on the development and implementation of data-driven marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and market penetration.
Aid in positioning Docutizer as the leading solution for lab requisition automation and B2B integrations within the clinical lab space and wellness physicians.
Drive thought leadership initiatives, including content marketing, digital campaigns, and industry events to establish LabSavvy's authority in the market.
Collaborate with Product Development and Sales teams to create impactful product messaging and branding.
Sales & Business Development:
Advise and assist in development of the B2B sales strategy, targeting digital healthcare companies, clinical labs, and enterprise health organizations.
Develop and manage strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, resellers, and healthcare providers to drive adoption of LabSavvy solutions.
Assist in building a high-performant sales team focused on enterprise-level customer acquisition and account growth.
Assist in evolution of pricing models, contract negotiations, and channel partner relationships to optimize revenue streams.
Growth & Market Expansion:
Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, including expanding LabSavvy Connect API integrations into the broader healthcare ecosystem.
Advise on and conduct competitive analysis and customer insights research to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Help set and achieve short- and long-term revenue targets, ensuring alignment with corporate growth objectives.
Advise on financial feasibility studies and business case development for new marketing and sales initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree required (MBA preferred) in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in sales, marketing, and business development, preferably in digital healthcare, SaaS, or B2B solutions.
Deep understanding of healthcare SaaS products, digital health platforms, and laboratory operations.
Proven track record in developing strategic sales plans, driving revenue growth, and expanding market share.
Experience leading and managing marketing campaigns, CRM strategies, and lead generation initiatives.
Strong negotiation skills with experience in B2B sales, partnerships, and reseller agreements.
Technical knowledge of API-based solutions, healthcare integrations, and lab connectivity is a plus.
Required - Direct experience in marketing and selling equipment, such as blood collection tubes, phlebotomy and specimen transport supplies, syringes, etc., to Laboratories.
Experience with selling health care products and Software as a Service (SaaS) directly to physicians, hospitals, etc., is a plus.
