Fitch Solutions is seeking a Senior Associate Account Manager to support our Hedge Funds and Alternative Asset Managers clients, based in our New York office. In this important sales role, you will contribute to the Americas Account Management team, assisting in sales and account management within your assigned regional clients.

Support the identification and pursuit of growth opportunities within Fitch Solutions, covering:
Credit Research
Ratings Data Services
Credit Risk Solutions
Industry and Country Macro Research and Data
Sustainability Across Securities, Entities, and Countries
Assist in the renewal process, including:
Supporting contract negotiations
Ensuring terms align with company goals while maintaining strong client relationships
Contribute to end-to-end relationship management to enhance product engagement through strategic relationship building, in collaboration with Customer Success Managers, Client Services, and Specialists
Participate in routine territory and account planning, utilizing available data for strategy development
Drive subscription sales and assist in identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
You May be a Good Fit if:
Basic understanding of financial services and capital markets, with a focus on fixed income preferred
A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field, providing a strong foundation for financial markets
2+ years of sales/business development experience
Demonstrated ability to develop business and grow revenue streams within the hedge funds and alternative asset managers sector
Capacity to build and maintain a network of contacts across accounts at various levels, including senior executives, procurement, and users
Self-motivated with initiative, tenacity, and perseverance
Problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and develop solutions
Strong time management and organizational skills
Results-driven attitude
Excellent presentation and communication skills, both oral and written (PowerPoint a plus)
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Travel: 20% Travel
We currently operate within a hybrid work environment, with 3 days required in office

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $80,000 and $100,000 per year. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base pay is one part of Fitch's total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.
