Temporary Non-Exempt Staff, Upward Bound at University of Houston - Downtown in Houston, Texas

Job Description:

Duties:

• Provides tutorial assistance for 9th -12th graders from Targeted schools
• Assists in other program related activities such as field trips, workshops,etc
• Maintains availability for guidance and tutoring at all times, in addition to established tutoring hours

• Able to work evenings and weekend during Fall and Spring sessions
• Able to work June, July and August for Upward Bound Summer program
• Ability to work with, and encourage, Low-Income and First-Generation participants
