About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced Business Execution Consultant to support the execution and governance of the Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) Data Management Program. The CIB Data Management organization provides thought leadership in line of business data strategy, supports the development of simplified data environments, and serves internal business customers through data advisory and management support services. The team supports multiple business-sponsored, multi-year transformation initiatives and regulatory efforts, providing dedicated capital markets expertise to solve enterprise data issues.


Responsibilities:

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution.


• Review and analyze multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors.


• Contribute to resolving complex situations requiring a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.


• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.


• Document Data Dictionaries (including business and technical metadata) and Data Quality Checks (including data movement and data accuracy) in Enterprise templates.


• Conduct moderate to complex analysis to identify and remediate data quality or integrity issues and process or control gaps.


• Execute resolution of unique challenges requiring analysis across multiple areas or the enterprise, assisting in delivering long-term, large-scale solutions requiring vision, creativity, innovation, and analytical thinking.


• Represent clients in cross-functional groups to develop companywide data governance strategies.


• Partner with groups companywide to coordinate and drive collaboration on solution design and remediation execution.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.

Desired Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of one or more of the following: corporate and investment banking, capital markets, finance/controllers financial reporting, regulatory reporting, credit risk, counterparty risk.


• Financial service regulatory experience such as BSA/AML, 2052a, QFC Recordkeeping, QFC Stay, Dodd-Frank, BCBS 239, or similar.


• Strong interpersonal communication skills and client-centric focus.


• Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areas.
