Location: Plano, TX

Description: Our client is currently seeking an IT Security Control Tester

Location: Malvern, PA; Dallas, TX; Charlotte, NC


Responsibilities:

• Provide senior-level expertise in security control-related matters.


• Collaborate with and influence technology leaders and teams to develop, maintain, and enhance the internal control framework for information security through control identification, design, implementation, and testing.


• Offer consultation, facilitation, and analytical support to ensure internal controls are properly aligned and implemented, ensuring flawless service and compliance with business partner expectations.


• Guide and support management, process, and control owners in their responsibilities.


• Educate and influence business partners on control design and effectiveness, recommending actions to improve control effectiveness.


• Build effective working relationships across subdivisions and divisions.


• Share best practices regarding key controls with the department and management, effectively communicating control solutions to all relevant parties.


• Assist the Control Analyst Lead with the design, implementation, and ongoing monitoring of key controls across the division.


• Consult with leadership on complex control-related issues.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of eight years of related work experience.


• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.


• Experience in Cyber Security Risk or controls and testing is required.


• Cloud testing experience is required.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills.


• Ability to organize work and drive delivery to achieve outcomes.
