Salary: Negotiable (Depending on location) + Bonus Program (Twice a year)

Job Overview:



We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to join our team. This role is pivotal in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions while providing technical leadership to a team of developers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud or Service Cloud, Apex development, and Omni-Studio, along with excellent leadership and communication skills.


You'll be leading a team focused on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud/Service Cloud, Apex, Omni-Studio, and LWC-working in a highly customized org with the opportunity to drive key initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, focusing on Financial Services Cloud and Service Cloud.


• Provide technical leadership to a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.


• Work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and architect scalable solutions.


• Leverage Apex, Omni-Studio, Omni-Channel, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative development to build and optimize the Salesforce platform.


• Drive technical discussions, proof-of-concepts, and design prototypes to enhance business processes.


• Conduct code reviews, quality assurance checks, and enforce best practices in Salesforce development.


• Ensure seamless data integration between Salesforce and external systems.


• Stay updated on Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends to implement best practices and innovative solutions.


• Support agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
