TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst in Atlanta, GA.

Responsible for providing analytic and administrative support to the NA leadership team including - but not limited to - pricing, customer and consultant behavior, monthly portfolio movement and forecasting, bid coordination and support, market and resource segmentation, and critical customer reporting.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNTIONS:


  • Critical customer reporting including monthly/quarterly/semi-annual data to support contractual compliance and QBR/SABRs

  • Monthly activity management reporting - portfolio movement (including NSG for National Accounts), forecasting, cancellation data, worst performing units, Account Manager performance data and rankings.

  • Identify and enhance processes and tools to support internal (PBI) and customer (Work Order Systems) data integrity, reporting and integration for report-outs and compliance

  • Ensure accuracy of National Customer performance data including:

  • NA size (units & value), profitability, streams (Service, Repair, Mod.), market segments

  • Portfolio expiry profile

  • Exposure triggers (expiration profile, worst performing contracts/units, NPS, critical customer contract compliance)

  • Create and maintain SOP for large RFPs including bid milestones, data distribution and collation, approvals, field feedback loops, incorporation of analytics, standard objections and offerings (Digital, obsolescence, penalties, damages)

  • Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or GED; at least two plus years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

  • Bachelor's degree and 2 plus years in analytics, data management, preferred

  • Experience with Oracle, Corrigo, Ariba, Salesforce, and BI a plus, preferred

  • Experience with TKE or in elevator industry with knowledge of product, process and contractual verbiage preferred but not essential

  • Demonstrable record of working collaboratively and creatively in tactical and strategic environment

  • Proficient to advanced Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel, to create, embed and navigate complex spreadsheets.

  • Business analytics, including data mining and research, data visualization and warehousing.

  • Ability to navigate internal and external performance portals, create dashboards and reports.

  • Strong customer orientation.

  • Deploy effective interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of NA team, verbally and in writing.

  • Facilitate large scale project execution involving a multitude of stakeholders, documents and datasets.

  • Experience and understanding of contractual language.

  • Assess and make educated decisions based on data.

  • Must be detail oriented and be able to prioritize

  • Familiarity with navigating, populating and extracting data from customer operating portals
