As a Registered Nurse (RN) skilled nursing, your expertise in LTC, SNF, rehabilitation, and post-acute care will help elevate the quality of life for our residents.
Deliver top-tier nursing care, including medication administration and treatment plans.
Provide critical oversight for LTC, SNF, post-acute and respiratory care programs.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement resident care plans.
Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions with precision and professionalism.
Educate and support nursing team members, fostering skill growth and resident-centered care.
What We're Looking For:
A current RN license in Kansas, in good standing.
Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, post-acute, or respiratory nursing.
Strong clinical and decision-making skills, with a resident-centered approach.
Effective communication and leadership abilities.
Attention to detail and proficiency with electronic health records.
