Job Summary The Department of Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery at the University of Kentucky College of Medicine is seeking a full-time Pediatric Otolaryngologist to join our expanding academic program.

Opportunities:
  • Engage in a large, established clinical practice with opportunities for locoregional outreach.
  • Join a dynamic group of 3 full-time fellowship trained pediatric otolaryngologists and 2 advanced practitioners.
  • Collaborate with a team of 17 otolaryngologists, including subspecialists in neurotology, head and neck, laryngology, facial plastics, and rhinology.
  • Practice the breadth of complex pediatric otolaryngology with unique opportunities for expansion of pediatric aerodigestive program and/or craniofacial programs for interested candidates.
  • Participate in resident and medical student education and training.
  • Expand clinical opportunities through rural outreach and/or global health programs and initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • M.D. or D.O. Degree with Board Certification or Eligibility in Otolaryngology
  • Completion of Pediatric Otolaryngology Fellowship
  • U.S. Citizenship or Employment Authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to obtain unrestricted Kentucky medical licensure
  • Commitment to academic excellence and clinical practice

About Kentucky Children’s Hospital:
  • Kentucky Children’s Hospital is an integral part of UK HealthCare, serving as the subspecialty regional referral and pediatric care center for Central and Eastern Kentucky. The hospital features more than 200 beds. It includes a Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), and Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (PCICU).
