• Supervise and mentor LVNs and CNAs


• Lead shift operations and ensure regulatory compliance


• Assist with care planning, assessments, and documentation


• Maintain accurate medication administration records

• Support quality improvement and infection control efforts

• Active RN license (California)


• CPR certification


• Leadership or SNF experience preferred
