Pay range is $22.45 - $31.65/hr. Based on Experience
Rehire criteria:
Must have 90 days from the last term date.
if term 3x or more is not eligible.
Must have a minimum of six (6) months or mechanical work experience documented in the work history section of the application or be a graduate and/or student of an industrial maintenance training program.
As a Maintenance Assistant, you will support the Maintenance Supervisor with personnel and equipment in the Cut Up Ossid area. Your primary tasks will include:
Supervisory Support: Fill in for the supervisor during their absence.
Task Assignment: Assign maintenance technicians to equipment during process periods.
Maintenance Assistance: Assist with preventive maintenance (PMs) and breakdowns.
Training: Train maintenance technicians on equipment.
Inventory Management: Follow up on parts inventory and outstanding purchase orders (POs).
Additional Responsibilities:
Fill in for absenteeism.
Assist in other areas of the plant as needed.
