Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee team operations and performance metrics.
• Train and mentor new team members on current processes.
• Utilize Salesforce-based CRM for daily field activity reporting.
• Concentrate on fostering client relationships and expanding our reach, along with leadership training initiatives.
