The City of Middletown is excited to announce an opening for the position of HVAC/Building Maintenance Technician. This essential role involves overseeing all aspects of building maintenance, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, general repairs, painting, and ensuring cleanliness throughout city facilities. We are looking for candidates who have considerable experience with HVAC systems, hydraulics, electrical repairs, mechanical systems, and electro-mechanical work, or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Ideal candidates will demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, a strong dedication to maintaining high standards of safety, and the ability to collaborate effectively with other city departments.

Salary Range: $48,033 to $69,397, accompanied by a robust benefits package.
