About the Role: Our client, a leading force in the AI and e-commerce industry, is seeking an exceptional Temporary (potential Temp-to-Hire) Executive Assistant/Partner to work directly with the CEO. In this pivotal role, you will enhance leadership effectiveness, streamline decision-making, and drive operational efficiency, all while helping accelerate the company's mission to become the world's foremost source of e-commerce knowledge.

Role: Temp Executive Partner
Location: West Los Angeles, 90025
Hours: Flexible, 7:00am-3:00pm
Work Schedule: Hybrid (2-3 days in the office)
Pay Rate: $55-65.00/hour, depending on experience

Design frameworks and systems to enhance leadership effectiveness
Build operational processes to multiply CEO impact across the company
Create intelligence workflows and decision-making structures
Implement systems for improved communication and alignment
What They Are Looking For:
Experience building operational systems and frameworks
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proven track record of creating organizational leverage in fast-paced environments
Required Experience:
3+ years supporting C-level executives or leadership teams
Experience in AI, tech, or e-commerce
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Background in operations, project management, or chief of staff roles
