Assist policyholders through the claims process, ensuring proper documentation and timely resolution
Investigate, evaluate, and process claims, ensuring compliance with policy terms and regulations
Work closely with the claims department to facilitate smooth resolution of claims issues
Policy Maintenance and Updates
Process policy changes including address updates, beneficiary changes, and coverage modifications
Assist with policy renewals and cancellations, explaining any policy changes or options available
Ensure all policyholder requests are documented accurately and in a timely manner in the system
Compliance and Quality Assurance
Ensure all customer interactions comply with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards
Maintain a high level of accuracy in all records and communications
Participate in internal audits and quality assurance programs to ensure service excellence
Reporting and Documentation
Maintain detailed records of all interactions, policy changes, and claims
Generate reports on policyholder activity and provide feedback to management for process improvement
Analyze trends in customer inquiries and concerns to identify areas for service enhancement

Answer incoming phone calls, customer service, servicing the policies, change of address, changes of beneficiary, a lot of the maintenance for the policy, renewals
