A regional law firm is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Services Clerk to join their team. This role is integral in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office by providing support in administrative tasks, facilities management, and clerical duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with mailroom operations, including sorting and distributing incoming/outgoing mail and packages.
Maintain and organize office supplies, restocking as necessary.
Provide general administrative support, including filing, scanning, and document preparation.
Set up conference rooms for meetings and events, ensuring necessary materials and equipment are in place.
Coordinate office maintenance and liaise with vendors as needed.
Support printing, copying, and binding of documents.
Assist with other office support tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Previous office services or administrative experience preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift and move office supplies or packages as needed.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
A team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Compensation:
$50k - $55k annually.
