Job Description:

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Embedded Systems Engineer with strong expertise in PCB design, firmware development, and a keen understanding of AI hardware integration. You will play a critical role in designing and building intelligent embedded systems that bridge hardware and software for cutting-edge applications.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop multi-layer PCB layouts using industry-standard tools (e.g., Altium, Eagle, KiCAD).
• Develop and debug embedded firmware for microcontrollers (e.g., ARM Cortex-M, ESP32, STM32, etc.).
• Work with AI hardware platforms (e.g., NVIDIA Jetson, Coral TPU, custom AI accelerators) to integrate ML capabilities into embedded systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system architecture, component selection, and prototyping.
• Conduct schematic reviews, validation, and testing of hardware/firmware systems.
• Optimize system performance, power consumption, and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with hardware design standards and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in PCB design and layout for embedded systems.
• Strong proficiency in embedded C/C++, and familiarity with RTOS or bare-metal development.
• Hands-on experience with AI hardware platforms and their integration with embedded systems.
• Familiarity with communication protocols: I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, USB, Ethernet, etc.
• Experience with lab tools: oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, debuggers, etc.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a small team environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
• Experience with Python, especially for hardware test automation or AI workloads.
• Exposure to edge AI/ML models and deployment pipelines (e.g., TensorFlow Lite, ONNX).
• Experience with EMI/EMC design considerations and certifications.
• Knowledge of power management and battery-powered designs.
