Pay Rate: $42-$50/hour, depending on experience
Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite/week)
About the Opportunity
Russell Tobin & Associates is seeking a highly organized and analytical Project Manager to support a world-renowned global tech leader known for pioneering cloud computing, AI innovation, and customer-centric solutions. This role is part of an Academic Research Initiatives (ARI) team that empowers groundbreaking research in science and technology.

What You'll Do:
Manage and scale research proposal and grant-making programs that drive global tech innovation.
Liaise with award recipients and internal points-of-contact to track, organize, and report project progress.
Oversee data workflows including payments, legal contracts, and CRM inputs.
Organize and maintain data related to research proposals, and support the launch of two exciting new initiatives: A centralized science repository & a custom CRM to streamline proposal management
Support CRM build and ensure proper data migration, tagging, and workflow design.
Use analytics to clean, organize, and report key metrics - influence how dashboards are built for executive use.
Continuously improve research program operations to ensure efficiency and scalability.
Drive internal and external academic engagement by streamlining research outcomes and communications.
What You Bring:
2+ years of experience in program/project management or business analytics.
Proven ability to manage data across systems, clean large datasets, and translate data into actionable insights.
Advanced Excel skills required (pivot tables, data cleaning, dashboards).
CRM (e.g., Salesforce) experience is a nice-to-have - especially with implementation or data migration.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's degree preferred (but not required).
Strong initiative, a bias for action, and the ability to dive deep into complex problems.
