WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
Lead and manage a portfolio of 40-50 projects of varying sizes, ensuring alignment with operational priorities in a manufacturing environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to drive project success, aligning initiatives with organizational goals.
Oversee and refine project management frameworks, governance structures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and consistency.
Travel 25-40% as needed to support project execution, requiring a flexible lifestyle.
Work 100% on-site with no relocation assistance, reporting directly to the Director of the PMO.
BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree or PMP certification preferred).
7+ years of project management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PMBOK) and proficiency in Smartsheet for planning and tracking.
Ability to travel 25-40% as needed (Domestic & International Travel) and work on-site in Belmont; no relocation assistance provided.
