About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to our CEO. This is a critical, high-impact role that requires a proactive, sharp, and exceptionally organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The right candidate will have a strong ownership mindset, be comfortable with long hours, and be fully committed to the demands of this executive-level position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the CEO's right hand, managing day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
  • Coordinate complex scheduling, calendar management, and travel arrangements, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Attend C-suite meetings, take detailed notes, and promptly translate key takeaways into actionable items for the team.
  • Provide high-level executive support, handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other critical documents, including PowerPoint decks.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication.
  • Be available on-call, including evenings and weekends, to handle urgent matters as needed.
  • Arrive before the CEO daily to prepare for the day's schedule and ensure all materials are ready.
  • Occasionally assist with personal tasks (approximately 10% of the role).

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Project Manager, preferably in a tech startup or product-focused company.
  • Proven ability to manage demanding schedules and operate in high-pressure environments.
  • Strong organizational skills, impeccable attention to detail, and ability to anticipate needs.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, for presentation creation.
  • Experience supporting C-level executives and attending high-stakes meetings.
  • Familiarity with tech industry terminology and operations is a plus.
  • Ability to work on-site full-time, five days a week, with flexibility for weekends when required.
  • Must have a valid U.S. passport and be open to domestic and international travel if needed.
  • Must own a reliable vehicle for work-related tasks.
