Global X Management Company LLC ("Global X") is seeking a highly motivated Associate or AVP, Solutions Architect to join our Technology team in determining technology project requirements, documenting processes, driving technology project management and maintaining communication with cross-functional stakeholders across various technology-driven initiatives. The Solutions Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring seamless collaboration across teams, delivering technology solutions aligned with business goals, and supporting Global X's continued growth.
Primary Responsibilities
Serve as the project management lead for technology-driven initiatives, overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure objectives are met on time and within scope. • Collaborate with business units to gather, define, and prioritize project requirements.
Translate business needs into technical documentation and workflows for development teams.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress, risks, and timelines.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, project charters, and technical specifications.
Support the Head of Technology in project planning, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
Serve as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity.
Identify and troubleshoot issues during project lifecycles, coordinating with relevant teams to resolve them.
Research and recommend solutions for optimizing workflows and processes to support company objectives.
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Web and Data Management or related fields;
3-5 years' experience in a technical or solutions engineering role, preferably in financial services or a related industry;
Strong technical documentation and project management skills;
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, or Asana);
Proficient in diagramming tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio);
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences;
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills;
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment;
A self-starter who is resourceful and solutions oriented.

For New York City Only
The base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $140,000. In addition, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and competitive benefits package. The total compensation package for this position may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
