About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated SQL Developer / Database Administrator to join our growing team. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain robust database solutions that drive business performance. You’ll work closely with development and operations teams to ensure optimal database functionality, scalability, and data quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create scripts to build and manage new database objects.
• Develop stored procedures, functions, triggers, views, and packages using SQL.
• Support schema design, SQL query tuning, and code review processes.
• Assist in application schema upgrades and data migration/improvement initiatives.
• Participate in SQL code reviews to ensure performance and consistency.
• Collaborate with database operations personnel to align with data layer protocols.
• Follow enterprise database standards and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in database development or administration.
• Advanced SQL skills with over 2 years of hands-on experience.
• Proficient in SQL Server administration, including user management, permissions, backups, recovery, and monitoring.
• Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), SSIS, and Visual Studio.
• Strong background in database tuning, integration design, and project management.
• Solid understanding of data and schema standards.
• Excellent troubleshooting and maintenance skills in database environments.
• Ability to work effectively within an Agile team and adapt to evolving business needs.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• ETL experience is a plus.
