What You'll Do:
Member Support - Handle inbound and outbound calls, assisting members with inquiries, renewals, and general support.
Problem-Solving - Navigate customer questions with confidence, utilizing provided resources to find solutions.
Ticket Management - Respond to inquiries through a customer support system (Zendesk experience is a plus!).
Data & Systems - Work with various platforms, including a learning management system (LMS) and a member database.
Collaboration - Work closely with internal teams to enhance the member experience.
