Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage facility management accounts to exceed client expectations.
Identify and develop opportunities for revenue growth and contract renewals.
Optimize staffing to balance cost control and service quality.
Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and audits.

Support business development and transition of new accounts.

People & Performance
Drive employee training, development, and engagement.
Manage recruitment, performance reviews, and succession planning.
Provide leadership and mentorship to ensure high performance.
Finance & Commercial Oversight
Oversee financial performance, P&L, and cost management.
Ensure accurate financial reporting and strong governance.
Manage supplier contracts, negotiations, and performance.
Health & Safety Compliance
Maintain a safe working environment across all accounts.
